Ganainu and Mishpacha Preschool Program

Re: Ganainu and Mishpacha Preschool Program

Dear Parents,

Jewish tradition teaches us that when a child begins learning the alef-bet, the teacher drips honey onto the letters so the child’s learning is sweet from the very beginning. Congregation Shir Shalom (CSS) and Temple Beth Tzedek(TBT) are working together to provide your child with a first Jewish learning experience that is sweet.

We will provide age-appropriate and meaningful learning opportunities for three and four year-olds to share with the significant adults in their lives, usually a parent or grandparent. The program will include songs, crafts that introduce them to our rich culture, heritage, holidays and customs.

The program fee is $118.00 per child. Classes meet Sunday each month from 9:15 to 10:45 a.m. Please note, the program will meet twice in the month of March. Members of the community are welcome to participate, so do not hesitate to invite friends with children of this age.

To register, complete the Ganainu/Mishpacha Preschool Program Registration Form and return it with payment (please write check payable to Congregation Shir Shalom) to the Religious School office by August 15th. Our address is Congregation Shir Shalom, 4660 Sheridan Drive, Williamsville, NY 14221.

Our congregations and Religious School are always excited to welcome new families. If you know of a family you think is interested, please have them contact the Religious School Office at 633-8877 and we will point them in the right direction. We are looking forward to sharing a wonderful year filled with Jewish learning.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact one of us.

Sincerely,

Hope S. Bongiorno
